Chartered Town Planners, Chartered Landscape Architects, and Urban Designers based in Bristol with over 15 years experience in the private and public sectors. We work on a freelance basis, offering a range of Planning Consultancy, Landscape and Urban Design Services.

We provide planning advice, prepare planning appraisals and feasibility reports, prepare and submit planning applications including supporting documents and write planning appeals.

We can:

Undertake initial research and advise you on the likelihood of securing planning permission for your project
Complete the relevant forms and certificates and set the application up on the Planning Portal
Prepare the Planning Statement, Design & Access Statement or Heritage Statement to accompany your application
Advise on what drawings you need; We work with local architects who can supply drawings if required

In addition:

We have designed a range of sites, from feasibility layouts for new housing developments to schemes for mixed-use developments. This has included the preparation of site analysis, conceptual development and detailed design plans.

We have also designed and implemented a range of landscape and public realm schemes, such as a new public park, a range of shared spaces, informal play areas, residential gardens and green amenity spaces. This included producing Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments, Landscape Plans for planning applications, detailed construction drawings, planting specifications and supervising construction.
